Three steps, without changing how you work.

  1. 1

    Upload the project files

Bring the folder you already have. Keep drawing in Revit or ArchiCAD and export your files as you do today.

  2. 2

    See the diagnostic

A plain list of what is out of place: names that break the rule, missing information, overdue approvals.

  3. 3

    Fix and approve

Every file has a clear status and the record shows who approved it. If someone asks, the answer already exists.

A list of what is out of place.

The diagnostic reads your project files and shows, in a simple table, what needs attention. You do not need to know what BIM is to read it.

Name breaks the rule The file name does not follow the rule set for the project.
Required attribute missing The file lacks information the project requires.
Approval overdue An approval request has passed its deadline.

What people usually ask.

I know nothing about BIM. Is this for me?

Yes. Keep drawing in Revit or ArchiCAD as you do today. CoreBIM comes in afterwards: it stores the files you export, organises them by status and records who approved each version. You do not need to know what BIM is to use it.

How is it different from a folder in Dropbox or Google Drive?

Drive stores files. It does not know whether a drawing is approved, it does not stop someone sending the wrong version and it leaves no proof of who said yes. CoreBIM does all three out of the box.

Does it work with IFC files?

Yes. Upload an IFC model like any other file and view it directly in the browser, with no viewer to install. The file follows the same approval path as a drawing or a document.

Are my files safe?

Yes. Each file is stored with an integrity check and an access classification (Public, Limited access or Confidential). The record of who accessed each file cannot be changed once created.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. The free plan lets you create a company and manage one project without a credit card.
